Ahron Weissman
Ahron is a partner in the firm and heads the firms commercial foreclosure practice and has extensive
experience representing both financial institutions and borrowers in commercial
workout, foreclosure, collection and litigation matters. Ahron also represents
both borrowers and lenders in real estate and corporate secured financings; and
all parties in the purchase and sale of all forms of real property and in
commercial
leasing.
Ahron counsels numerous clients in a broad range of sophisticated commercial
transactions, including the structuring and creation of business entities; the
purchase, sale and merger of businesses; negotiating and drafting employment
compensation agreements; agreements among shareholders, partners, and limited
liability company members; and in other corporate and commercial transactions.
Ahron also successfully litigates on behalf of his clients in all
areas of civil litigation with an emphasis on lender liability claims, breach of
contract claims, disputes arising from the sale of real estate and businesses,
breach of non-compete and confidentiality agreements and a variety of other
business torts.
